This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as a representative for the company among automotive dealers in the designated market area.
• Enhance the company's market presence by onboarding new dealers.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing dealers.
• Promote awareness and encourage the use of the company’s lending programs.
• Provide education to dealers on the complete range of the company’s lending programs and guide them on maximizing their benefits.
• Collaborate with operational teams to secure quality business and improve program utilization.
• Grow and develop the assigned territory by locating and signing new dealerships.
• Conduct regular dealer visits, make cold calls, and respond to inbound dealership inquiries.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and dealer retention.
• Complete and submit documentation to monitor and evaluate set goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to fulfill business plan objectives.
• Engage in special projects and undertake additional tasks as necessary.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in auto finance; experience in sub-prime auto financing is preferred.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in sales; experience in the auto industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with the local market and established customer relationships are preferred.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of taking initiative, identifying needs, making recommendations, implementing solutions, and assessing effectiveness.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, including influencing others, managing conflicts, exercising sound judgment, handling confidential information, and fostering cross-functional relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Proficient in computer skills and a solid understanding of internet and standard business applications like Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new applications.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively and exchange accurate information through listening and speaking.
• Close visual acuity for data and figure preparation and analysis, computer-terminal viewing, and extensive reading.
• Capability to operate from a home office.
• Willingness to travel extensively by vehicle and air, with an expectation of 75% travel, including overnight stays and extended hours.
