This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Sales and Operations in the assigned territory.

• Build relationships with key regional clients.

• Serve as a liaison between Operations, the Strategic Relationship Team, and Branch management.

• Enhance customer spending across Branch Solutions and Offerings.

• Convey DNOW goals, business model, and technologies to customer organizations.

• Ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction regarding delivery, product availability, issue resolution, solution implementation, and process design.

• Manage operations and address both internal and external area requirements.

• Supervise revenue generation, optimize financial outcomes, and achieve or surpass sales targets.

• Develop the customer base and expand regional market presence.

• Lead teams and guide branch managers.

• Relay regional and corporate activities, sales opportunities, and market insights.

• Monitor key metrics and manage branch inventory levels.

• Create processes for addressing customer needs and delivering products and services.

• Establish metrics for performance, account management, training, and profit generation.

• Address issues promptly and with quality solutions.

• Collaborate with other Area Sales Managers on customer plans and initiatives.

• Organize monthly Area meetings.

• Develop strategies for branch product solutions and offerings.

• Conduct quarterly reviews of the Area Sales Team.

• Uphold customer confidentiality.

• Complete special projects as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional management experience.

• Extensive technical knowledge of Branch products and service offerings.

• Strong understanding of the drilling and oil & gas production industry.

• Experience in managing multi-cultural teams.

• Knowledge of profitability and Return on Capital Employed (ROCE).

• Demonstrated high-level sales, sales management, and marketing expertise.

• Exceptional oral, written, presentation, and documentation abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

• Culturally sensitive and willing to travel extensively.

• Driven, goal-oriented self-starter with outstanding time management skills.

• Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and tactical.

• Skilled in team dynamics and focused on results.

• Possesses a positive and optimistic demeanor.
