This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel sales expansion and cultivate relationships with primary clients in Private Practice, Group Practice, and Emerging DSO segments.
• Work alongside Regional General Managers and Field Sales Consultants to formulate and execute sales strategies that result in Purchase Agreements with new and underdeveloped accounts.
• Oversee the drafting of agreements, pricing evaluations, and the necessary approvals from support teams and sales management.
• Showcase Henry Schein Dental's value proposition and recommend customized supply and service solutions.
• Negotiate with manufacturers to enhance pricing and profit margins.
• Collaborate with the Henry Schein One, Practice Services, and Brands teams on cohesive sales strategies.
• Provide training for Regional General Managers and Field Sales Consultants.
• Manage a prospective-client database utilizing Salesforce and PowerBI.
• Analyze and communicate strategic insights to sales consultants and management.
• Create and lead educational sessions during company meetings.
• Develop promotional strategies and targeted programs in conjunction with sales and marketing management.
• Represent Henry Schein at selected tradeshows and industry events.
• Participate in special projects designated by Area Directors.
• Generally, 10 or more years of progressively responsible and complex professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years in dental or medical distribution sales, preferably with experience in group practices and/or larger private practice offices.
• At least 5 years of management experience, including substantial experience leading sales and operations teams across multiple regions.
• Prior experience in team selling is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of engaging with potential customers effectively.
• Solid business acumen, along with analytical, sales strategy, negotiation, influencing, business planning, and time-management capabilities.
• Understanding of dental organization structures, such as NDSOs, LDSOs, and Emerging DSOs.
• Demonstrated track record of successful sales outcomes.
• Experience in developing innovative business initiatives and integrating relevant services into customer programs and offerings.
• Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office, data analytics reporting, and CRM (Salesforce).
• Ability to negotiate legal contract terms in line with company policies and directives.
• A Bachelor's Degree or its global equivalent is preferred; a Master's degree or its global equivalent is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
