This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, manage, and hold accountable a sales organization covering approximately half of the U.S.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve quotas throughout the Area.
• Build and expand the sales organization by recruiting and onboarding leadership and field talent.
• Develop Regional Sales Managers through coaching, feedback, field engagement, and personalized development plans.
• Own the Area sales strategy and execution, converting national objectives into regional priorities and actionable plans.
• Utilize sales performance data, market dynamics, competitive insights, and customer feedback to pinpoint opportunities and initiate actions.
• Lead monthly Area operating reviews focusing on performance, opportunities, risks, and priorities.
• Manage performance by setting goals, ensuring forecasting accuracy, and taking timely actions on underperformance.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to support Area objectives and coordinate efforts across the sales organization.
• Partner with Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Medical Affairs, HR, Commercial Operations, and Finance on launches, customer programs, and commercial priorities.
• Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in both internal and external interactions.
• Represent Hugel Aesthetics with clients and at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Provide the VP of U.S. Sales with insights into Area performance, market dynamics, competitive actions, customer feedback, and the talent pipeline.
• Advocate for Hugel’s culture and values.
• 10+ years of sales experience with substantial leadership responsibilities, including oversight across multiple markets or regions.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing sales managers.
• Proven history of building strong management teams, coaching leaders, and nurturing individuals for greater responsibilities.
• Leadership experience in medical aesthetics is strongly preferred, particularly in injectables and within dermatology, plastic surgery, and medical spa sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of the aesthetics market and talent landscape.
• Capability to attract, recruit, and retain high-performing sales management and field talent.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Robust coaching and people development skills.
• Customer-centric and highly collaborative approach.
• Integrity, accountability, sound judgment, and professionalism are essential.
• Ability to lead within a growing organization, adapt quickly, solve problems, and help shape and scale a U.S. commercial organization.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more, including across the assigned Area, to corporate headquarters, and to national and regional industry conferences and meetings.
• Valid driver’s license and capability to operate a motor vehicle.
