This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Meet and exceed the annual sales targets while driving overall revenue growth.
• Oversee the management of the Acute Care channel.
• Responsible for National and Regional Distributors assigned to the Acute Care channel.
• Facilitate the presence at key sales meetings, tradeshows, and regional gatherings with distribution partners.
• Conduct corporate training initiatives.
• Collaborate with select customer sales representatives during co-travel opportunities.
• Administer monthly pipeline and variance analyses.
• Provide clinical training and education for the Acute Care Team and customers as required.
• Hold a leadership role in training for the sales process and maintaining high sales standards.
• Partner with the pricing team to enhance profitability.
• Act as a clinical support liaison, contributing insights for the development of new Acute Care products.
• Offer coaching and development opportunities for direct reports, focusing on pre-call planning, collateral tools, and report reviews.
• Leverage Salesforce to track pipeline reports, variance reports, account content accuracy, and growth objectives.
• Ensure both quarterly and monthly performance goals are achieved for Key Accounts.
• Implement pricing agreements for Distributors and Key Accounts.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to the samples request process across all accounts.
• Guarantee that pricing and profitability standards are upheld among direct reports.
• Deliver competitive intelligence, monitor market position, recognize trends, and communicate potential impacts on specific business areas.
• Maintain oversight and accountability for average selling prices, overall profitability, and sales volume within the region.
• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated progressive sales management experience leading a geographically diverse team of sales executives in the medical products sector, specifically within acute and/or alternate care markets.
• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• MBA is preferred.
• Knowledge base acquired through education, certifications, training, and practical experience.
• Willingness to travel 60%, covering areas including New York, New Jersey, Boston, MA, Hartford, CT, and Philadelphia, PA.
