This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, oversee, and ensure accountability within a sales organization that encompasses approximately half of the United States.
• Propel revenue growth and achieve quota targets across the designated Area.
• Expand and enhance the sales organization by recruiting and onboarding leadership and field talent.
• Cultivate Regional Sales Managers through coaching, constructive feedback, field engagement, and personalized development plans.
• Take ownership of the Area sales strategy and its execution, translating national objectives into regional priorities and actionable plans.
• Leverage sales performance metrics, market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback to uncover opportunities and initiate action.
• Conduct monthly operational reviews for the Area.
• Oversee performance metrics, goal setting, forecasting accuracy, and address underperformance issues.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to achieve Area objectives.
• Work in partnership with Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Medical Affairs, HR, Commercial Operations, and Finance teams.
• Represent Hugel Aesthetics to customers and at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Provide the VP of U.S. Sales with insights on Area performance, market conditions, competitive landscape, customer feedback, and talent pipeline.
• Advocate for Hugel's culture and core values.
• A minimum of 10 years of sales experience with considerable leadership responsibilities, including experience leading across multiple markets or regions.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing sales managers.
• Experience in medical aesthetics leadership is highly preferred, especially in injectables and across dermatology, plastic surgery, and medical spa channels.
• Comprehensive understanding of the aesthetics market and talent landscape.
• Proven ability to attract, recruit, and retain high-performing sales management and field talent.
• Strong commercial knowledge and business acumen.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient coaching and people development skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on collaboration.
• Integrity, accountability, sound judgment, and professionalism are essential.
• Capability to lead in a growing organization and adapt as the business landscape evolves.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
• Willingness to travel over 50%, including within the assigned Area, to corporate headquarters, and to national and regional industry conferences and meetings.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
