Area Manager, Digital Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for digital reporters, which includes coordinating equipment and creating onboarding plans.

• Offer coaching, performance assessments, and continuous support to assigned digital reporters.

• Oversee the licensure, certifications, and compliance requirements for digital reporters.

• Organize and deliver training on digital reporting systems, policies, compliance, products, and services.

• Conduct 30-60-90 day reviews along with ongoing performance evaluations.

• Update and maintain vendor profiles for digital reporters in NetSuite.

• Establish relationships with digital reporters, field offices, transcription teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Address quality issues related to the work produced by digital reporters.

• Monitor and authorize timecards and expense reports.

• Communicate availability and performance updates of reporters to local field teams.

• Engage in performance management activities, including documentation and corrective actions.

• Carry out regular quality evaluations to ensure adherence to record capture standards.

• Exhibit and reinforce the values of Esquire.

• Ensure timely job completion, high audio and annotation quality, reporter performance, engagement, and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Preferred: Five or more years of experience within the legal services sector.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Capability to learn company technology platforms.

• Strong coaching skills.

• Experience with performance management and principles of adult learning.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, client-focused, and capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure.

• Knowledge of court procedures, legal terminology, and digital reporting standards.
