Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee a network of approximately 25 dental practices in the South East region.

• Achieve sustainable business growth throughout the area.

• Ensure exemplary standards of patient care.

• Manage the financial performance of the area, optimizing revenue and EBITDA.

• Foster strong operational execution and maintain strict cost control.

• Lead Practice Managers and their respective teams.

• Collaborate closely with Clinical leaders and regionally aligned colleagues.

• Drive performance improvements across all practices.

• Ensure exceptional patient outcomes and remarkable patient experiences.

• Promote high levels of colleague engagement and operational excellence.

• Meet financial and strategic goals.

• Monitor key metrics such as EBITDA, revenue, practice-related KPIs, colleague engagement, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Travel frequently to practices throughout the South East.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in multi-site leadership within a customer-focused, commercial setting.

• Strong background in P&L management.

• Proficient in understanding and interpreting data to inform decisions and drive results.

• Experience in team leadership, including the ability to motivate and inspire remote teams.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to manage high-pressure situations and resolve challenges effectively.

• Confidence and presence to lead, influence, and engage stakeholders.

• Flexibility and adaptability in managing shifting priorities.
