This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +12 more states.
• Oversee the Partnerships Activation team for Talkiatry in the Central region.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-performing Provider Partnerships Managers.
• Mentor and develop talent through field visits, in-market coaching, performance evaluations, and hands-on training.
• Foster a high-performance culture centered on collaboration, ownership, and continuous enhancement.
• Recognize market opportunities, establish commercial priorities, and define regional strategy.
• Meet referral, growth, and regional performance objectives.
• Direct executive partnerships with health systems and strategic provider organizations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Product teams.
• Implement best practices, share insights, cultivate leaders, and enhance the overall performance of the broader Partnerships organization.
• Must reside in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, or Arkansas.
• 7–10+ years of experience in leading commercial, sales, business development, or partnership teams.
• Preference for candidates with healthcare or healthcare-adjacent experience.
• Proven track record in hiring, developing, and managing high-performing, quota-carrying field teams.
• Experience in formulating regional or market growth strategies and account plans.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious commercial objectives.
• Strong executive presence with a history of building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with strategy, analytics, or sales operations teams to enhance commercial performance.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Talkiatry participates in E-Verify.
