This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive revenue strategies across a range of hotels.
• Enhance occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).
• Drive strategic and tactical revenue initiatives across various market segments by utilizing data-driven insights, competitive intelligence, and brand systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Operations teams.
• Provide guidance to executive leadership and ownership.
• Examine demand, historical performance, competitive sets, and market trends.
• Improve RevPAR through dynamic pricing, inventory management, oversell strategies, and optimizing market mix.
• Conduct analyses of competitive pricing and product offerings.
• Review historical data, pickup trends, and forecasts to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Work alongside Sales on group pricing, patterns, Select & Sell Guidelines, cut-off dates, and base business strategies.
• Oversee distribution and reservation channels, including PMS, CRS, RMS, GDS, brand.com, OTAs, third-party platforms, call centers, and ecommerce.
• Lead and facilitate weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings with property teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and property teams.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in senior hotel Revenue Management roles.
• Required multi-property revenue management experience.
• Prior experience as a Revenue Leader for Marriott Full service hotels is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with Marriott, IDeaS, and Opera is preferred.
