This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as a strategic commercial consultant to hotel owners and operators by leveraging hotel, portfolio, and market data.
• Perform property visits, conduct performance assessments, and engage in business consultations.
• Formulate and advocate for the implementation of strategic commercial action plans.
• Enhance RevPAR, market share, ADR, occupancy rates, revenue growth, and profitability for owners.
• Assess market demand, competitive positioning, business mix, pricing strategies, distribution efficiency, and sales performance.
• Examine performance trends, pace reports, demand drivers, channel contributions, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and hotel leadership on pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and segment strategies.
• Track commercial dashboards and proactively identify potential risks.
• Coordinate support from Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, Brand, and Operations teams.
• Boost engagement and involvement in revenue-generating initiatives and programs.
• Convert operational and financial data into practical recommendations.
• Lead regular performance discussions with hotel owners, management companies, and property leadership teams.
• Document commitments, action items, and strategic decisions while ensuring accountability and follow-up.
• Maintain records of consultations, performance plans, ownership interactions, and commercial initiatives.
• Submit precise and timely expense reports.
• Support franchise growth, retention strategies, franchise associations, and industry activities.
• Disseminate market insights, best practices, and emerging opportunities.
• Engage in special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
• Must currently reside in the South Georgia or Florida Panhandle region.
• At least fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in the hotel industry, with considerable responsibility in commercial strategy, revenue performance, sales, marketing, revenue management, or multi-property performance enhancement.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of hotel leadership experience, ideally including franchise performance, revenue management, commercial leadership, or multi-unit operational responsibilities.
• Proven track record of enhancing hotel commercial performance, particularly in revenue growth, RevPAR, market share, and owner profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions through analytical insights and strategic consultation.
• Experience working effectively within a matrixed organization and driving outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills, forecasting ability, and financial acumen.
• Familiarity with hotel performance and business intelligence tools, including revenue, financial, market share, and benchmarking platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to analyze and interpret extensive datasets and convert findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Knowledge of hotel revenue management principles, sales activation strategies, distribution channels, marketing effectiveness, loyalty programs, and profitability metrics.
• Exceptional consulting, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with hotel owners and senior leaders.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities while overseeing a geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adjust priorities in a dynamic business environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regular travel of approximately 70% is necessary.
• Ability to travel independently within the designated territory.
