
Area Business Manager – Allergy, ENT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Engage with customers in Allergy, Immunology, and ENT within the designated geographical area.
• Communicate clinically focused messages to introduce, launch, and enhance brand share and revenue.
• Collaborate with field-based stakeholders, including sales peers, Medical Science Liaisons, Field Access Specialists, Market Access teammates, and Thought Leader Liaisons.
• Address customer needs, recognize market dynamics and trends, and formulate strategies that align with brand and corporate objectives.
• Build relationships with immunology experts, Allergy/ENT specialists, biologic coordinators, office staff, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups.
• Identify key opportunities and create strategic business plans to increase product usage and expand territory business.
• Plan, organize, and implement local promotional speaker programs and activities.
• Optimize the geographic territory budget to support strategies and drive business growth.
• Participate in industry congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences.
• Coordinate outreach to large group practices and other key targets to enhance product results.
• Establish relationships with thought leaders to provide industry-leading customer value.
• Achieve results in a compliant manner while adhering to Sanofi Genzyme US policies and pharmaceutical promotion regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Over 3 years of sales experience.
• Proven ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, training sessions, and programs as needed; additional travel may be required within the assigned territory.
• Demonstrated success and a positive track record of consistent sales performance in competitive and complex markets with diverse customer segments.
• Ability to function effectively as a team player in collaboration with partners and internal colleagues.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• More than 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience selling subcutaneous self-injectable or office-administered IV biologics is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience calling on Allergists and/or ENTs is strongly preferred.
• 2 years of selling experience in asthma or other immunology disorders is an advantage.
• Co-promotion experience is preferred.
• Advanced skills in clinically-based selling.
• Proven success with product launches.
• Experience in in-servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers.
• A strong passion and aptitude for learning in the field of science.
• Highly organized with robust account management skills.
