This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets within the designated territory.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to local sales representatives as well as colleagues throughout North America.
• Attract and recruit top talent in the assigned territory for Alma Lasers.
• Generate leads through cold calling and respond to customer inquiries regarding features, pricing, and services.
• Guide customers through the sales process and create and finalize emotionally-driven sales opportunities.
• Oversee multiple time-sensitive processes in a dynamic work environment.
• Address customer objections and convert them into successful sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations for Alma Lasers' offerings.
• Utilize reference sites, clinical specialists, and partner personnel to meet sales objectives.
• Engage in cross-selling products and collaborate with sales representatives to exchange best practices and meet sales quotas.
• Ensure customer care and financial standards align with Alma Lasers' requirements.
• Update lead status and pipeline opportunities using Salesforce to the Regional Sales Director on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, urologists, OB/GYNs, and private practice physicians.
• Represent Alma Lasers at industry conventions and events.
• Support Territory Sales Managers in closing deals and provide ongoing mentorship and assistance.
• Attain a seven-figure quota through effective sales strategies and deal closures.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Medical or Capital Sales.
• Experience in medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser sales is advantageous.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to job responsibilities and the Alma team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Capability to multitask efficiently.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated sales record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States with the required work authorization documentation.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
• Willingness to travel 60% as necessary.
