This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Advocate for architects and landscape architects to include ORE systems in their design documents.
• Oversee specification-driven sales proposals from the initial design phase to the final award stage.
• Guide projects through the stages of design development, construction documentation, bidding, and award.
• Collaborate with internal teams regarding structural attachment, wind uplift, and load performance considerations.
• Coordinate custom detailing and ensure integration into project drawings.
• Work alongside Estimating for take-offs and assess architectural and structural plans for pricing purposes.
• Partner with Design Development to create tailored system solutions for specific projects.
• Examine intricate architectural and structural drawings to determine project requirements.
• Communicate performance criteria related to wind, structural integrity, irrigation, and drainage.
• Facilitate the incorporation of lighting, audio, seating, and guardrails within modular systems.
• Manage long-term projects with sales cycles ranging from 12 to 24 months.
• Monitor project progress from design development through construction using CRM NetSuite.
• Establish and sustain relationships among architects, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct Lunch & Learn presentations and educational sessions on ORE products and systems.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Perform site visits and engage in client consultations.
• Organize client tours and inspect work-in-progress at the manufacturing facility.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural product sales, landscape architectural products, site furnishings, building envelope systems, structural systems, architectural metals, or similar construction products.
• Proven track record in navigating the architectural sales landscape, ensuring product specification, and securing project awards.
• Experience throughout the entire building lifecycle (design → bid → award).
• Demonstrated capability to lead prominent projects while maintaining communication with architectural and general contractor networks.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Technical knowledge of load-bearing systems or structurally attached products.
• Familiarity with applicable codes (IBC, wind load requirements, performance standards).
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling applications.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.).
• LEED Accreditation is preferred.
• CSI Certification (CDT preferred).
• Experience in delivering AIA CEU presentations.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Must have a dedicated, professional workspace with reliable high-speed internet access.
• Ability to navigate job sites and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
