This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Engage with architects and landscape architects to advocate for the specification of ORE systems in design documents.
• Consult with internal teams about structural attachment, wind uplift, and load performance.
• Collaborate with the internal design team to coordinate custom detailing and integration into project drawings.
• Work alongside Estimating for take-offs and review architectural and structural plans for pricing purposes.
• Partner with Design Development to create project-specific system solutions.
• Analyze intricate architectural and structural drawings to ascertain project requirements.
• Communicate essential criteria regarding wind, structural, irrigation, and drainage performance with internal specialists.
• Facilitate the integration of lighting, audio, seating, and guardrails into modular systems.
• Oversee long-term projects with sales cycles ranging from 12 to 24 months.
• Monitor projects from design development through construction using CRM NetSuite.
• Establish and nurture relationships within the architect–GC–subcontractor triad.
• Conduct Lunch & Learn sessions and educational presentations on ORE products and systems.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Guide projects through bidding cycles with general contractors and installation teams.
• Ensure that ORE solutions remain the leading specification from initial concept to final award.
• Organize client tours and review ongoing work during visits to the manufacturing facility.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural product sales, landscape architectural products, site furnishings, building envelope systems, structural systems, architectural metals, or similar construction products.
• Proven experience navigating the architectural sales process, including getting products specified and securing project awards.
• Background in managing projects throughout the entire building lifecycle (design → bid → award).
• Demonstrated ability to lead significant projects while maintaining communication with architectural and general contractor networks.
• Capability to read and interpret architectural plans effectively.
• Technical proficiency with load-bearing systems or structurally attached products.
• Knowledge of relevant codes (IBC, wind load requirements, performance standards).
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or comparable 3D modeling software.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or NetSuite.
• LEED Accreditation is preferred.
• CSI Certification (CDT preferred).
• Experience in delivering AIA CEU presentations.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Must have a dedicated, professional workspace equipped with reliable high-speed internet.
• Must be able to navigate job sites and occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
