Architectural Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee various projects with multiple clients concurrently while ensuring deadlines are met and effectively communicated.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

• Manage the financial performance of projects, including evaluations of profit, efficiency, and accounts receivable.

• Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and subcontractors.

• Oversee project plans, resource allocation, budgets, and timelines.

• Identify design criteria and supervise efficient design and plan development.

• Address design challenges using engineering calculations and standardized design principles.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external project groups.

• Manage, develop, and mentor Project Engineers and Project Designers.

• Adhere to QAQC practices and procedures while identifying areas for quality and efficiency enhancement.

• Cultivate client relationships and pinpoint opportunities for growth.

• Engage in pursuits for new clients.

• Evaluate constructability and complex designs while identifying potential design and construction liability concerns.

• Provide assessments of project risks, including potential risks, costs, and probabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.

• Registration as an Architect is preferred but not mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Architectural or Engineering Project Management in a significant role.

• Experience with commercial projects is preferred, particularly in retail.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Familiarity with Revit.

• Experience with MS Office.

• Must reside in Pennsylvania.
