ArcGIS Configuration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Perform the initial setup and customization of an ArcGIS-based GIS application for the documentation of digital networks.

• Configure the GIS application to accurately record and manage electronic switching states within the utility network.

• Migrate and integrate current geographic and network-related data into the new system.

• Create and present training materials for end users on utilizing the GIS application effectively.

• Design and conduct requirements-based and functional tests to ensure adherence to both functional and technical specifications.

• Develop and consistently update technical documentation, user manuals, and configuration guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ArcGIS platforms, especially in configuring and customizing GIS applications.

• Experience in digital network documentation and managing switching-state data within utility networks.

• Proficiency in data migration and integration of existing data into new GIS systems.

• Background in conducting user training and delivering end-user support.

• Familiarity with requirements and test management methodologies.

• Capability to produce clear and understandable technical documentation and user manuals.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
