Arabic Language Social Media Community Moderator

📋 Description

• Cultivate robust and expanding digital communities for renowned brands as projects arise.

• Engage with users in real-time interactions.

• Provide answers to inquiries and participate in discussions appropriately.

• Resolve user-related issues effectively.

• Accurately reflect the voice and tone of various brands.

• Adhere to client guidelines and established workflows.

• Participate in project-based, temporary, or part-time moderation tasks.

• Moderate content in both English and Arabic.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in the Arabic language.

• In-depth knowledge of Arabic pop culture, terminology, cultural references, and slang.

• Capability to grasp the client’s brand voice and engage with users effectively.

• Prior experience in social media moderation is essential.

• Experience in live stream moderation is advantageous.

• Certification in Sprinklr, along with experience in Khoros and/or Sprout Social is a bonus.

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to adhere to clear guidelines and workflows.

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Strong spelling and grammar skills; a language assessment may be conducted for final candidates.

• Eagerness to learn and think critically; a proactive mindset is essential.

• High energy and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced organization.

• Familiarity with major social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Personal computer must have at least Windows 10 and macOS 12.X; the application form specifies macOS 13.

• Personal internet speed must be a minimum of 150 Mbps.

• Must possess eligibility to work in the United States.

• Capability to use a personal computer for job-related tasks.
