This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Oversee ACO requirements for the integration of APSS commercial data.
• Assist with ACO requests and explore as well as implement modifications to the Collection Tool user interface.
• Analyze and resolve data-flow bottlenecks and technical challenges within production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline requirements.
• Keep documentation updated for the APSS Collection Tool.
• Generate seven milestone-oriented status reports for the Collection Tool, detailing operational and technical status, issues, service and collection metrics, risks, actions, recommendations, and supporting evidence.
• Deliver a consolidated trend assessment covering seven periods in the final report.
• Monitor deliverables and issues through a shared dashboard or tool.
• Engage in regular electronic meetings with the NCIA project manager and team.
• Create a continuous feedback loop with stakeholders and implement approved enhancements.
• Document and transfer approaches, scripts, configurations, and test evidence to internal personnel.
• Possession of NATO SECRET Personnel Security Clearance (PSC), valid throughout the contract duration.
• Familiarity with current space capabilities, especially space-based ISR.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-mission planning utilizing orbit and sensor modeling.
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, as evidenced by recent experience within the last 5 years.
• Recent experience in developing and operating space ISR collection tools for national and multinational clients.
• Strong proficiency in GIS and web mapping libraries.
• Experience with protocols for integrating collection capabilities from multiple commercial ISR providers.
• Ability to work independently, showing self-motivation, while also being effective in a team setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in NATO and/or military settings.
• Advanced research and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with NATO or national intelligence processes is a plus.
• A 5% off-site discount applicable when assigned personnel are working off-site.
• Travel, lodging, and associated expenses for up to 2 scheduled visits are included in the bid price.
• Extraordinary travel and subsistence expenses are reimbursed per the framework contract.
• Access to relevant NCIA networks and software will be provided as required.
