Apprenticeship Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee or co-manage the development and growth of the registered apprenticeship program in New Jersey.

• Engage with employer sponsors and ensure the alignment of on-the-job training with corresponding instructional content.

• Collaborate with training providers, workforce development boards, and community stakeholders.

• Strategize recruitment efforts and support initiatives for apprentices from underrepresented backgrounds.

• Monitor apprentice enrollment, completion rates, and wage outcomes.

• Provide qualifications and a narrative of past performance for WIL proposals when authorized to name.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in sponsoring, managing, or facilitating registered apprenticeship programs.

• Familiarity with the workforce and apprenticeship environment in New Jersey.

• Experience in employer partnerships and program management.

• Proven ability in outcome tracking and reporting.

• Comfortable working as a project-based contract collaborator; primarily remote within the US with a focus on New Jersey.

• Membership in a New Jersey-based organization or professional network (preferred).

• Experience in pre-apprenticeship or youth apprenticeship programs (preferred).

• Previous experience with state workforce grants (preferred).
