Appointment Setter – Wednesday to Sunday

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls from homeowners seeking quotes from home improvement brands.

• Reach out to homeowners concerning windows, baths, roofs, and flooring.

• Engage with prospects and arrange convenient appointments.

• Confirm scheduled appointments and enhance appointment hold rates.

• Focus solely on warm leads, avoiding cold prospecting or purchased leads.

• Take ownership of performance metrics and utilize real-time coaching for improvement.

• Work during scheduled shifts from 12 PM to 12 AM EST.

• Participate in compensated training and live calls alongside a BGS lead in the initial eight weeks.

• Advance towards BGS team-lead roles through performance evaluations and internal promotions.

• Comfortable with phone communication.

• Open to coaching and constructive feedback.

• Consistent attendance during scheduled shifts.

• Ability to commit to full-time hours, ranging from 40 to 45 hours per week based on location.

• Availability for shifts within the company's 120-hour operational week.

• A wired internet connection is necessary.

• A quiet workspace is required for effective performance.

• Access to a computer and headset.

• Previous sales experience is not mandatory.

• Must reside in an area with wired internet and a quiet workspace.

• US associates can be located in any state across the United States.
