Cold Calling Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ethiopia.

📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume cold calls to business owners across the United States.

• Schedule qualified sales meetings through targeted outbound campaigns.

• Utilize a power dialer to execute significant outbound call volumes aimed at reaching decision-makers in the US.

• Skillfully navigate gatekeepers, present value-driven pitches, and manage common rejections using provided scripts and battle cards.

• Update and maintain lead statuses, call dispositions, and meeting notes in Zoho CRM.

• Initiate automated follow-up SMS and email sequences for prospects who do not respond or request additional information.

• Achieve daily and weekly targets for connected calls and qualified booked appointments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting focused on the US, UK, or Australian markets.

• Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a neutral, easily understandable accent.

• Ability to engage in confident, natural conversations with US doctors, clinic managers, and accountants.

• Previous experience with CRMs, preferably Zoho CRM.

• Familiarity with VoIP power dialers.

• High emotional intelligence and the ability to cope with rejection while maintaining enthusiasm.

• Willingness and capability to work during strict US business hours.

• A stable, wired fiber-optic internet connection with a minimum download/upload speed of 20 Mbps.

• A reliable backup power solution, such as a UPS or inverter.

• A modern laptop or desktop with a Core i5/Ryzen 5 processor or higher and at least 8GB of RAM.

• A professional USB noise-canceling headset.

• A quiet, dedicated home workspace free from background noise.

• An updated CV/Resume.
