Cold Caller, Appointment Setter – US Healthcare B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to physician practices in the US, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, and senior living communities.

• Navigate through front desk personnel to connect with practice managers and decision-makers.

• Provide information to offices about how Total Life can assist their patients, including details on Medicare programs like the CMS ACCESS Model.

• Schedule qualified meetings between potential clients and the partnerships team.

• Follow up with warm leads generated from email campaigns and conferences.

• Accurately log each call, its outcome, and subsequent steps in HubSpot CRM.

• Report weekly results and provide feedback on effective scripts and handling objections.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in cold calling and appointment setting with US clients (B2B experience is strongly preferred).

• Excellent spoken and written English skills with a clear, neutral accent.

• Proven ability to meet call and booked-meeting objectives.

• Professionalism in managing gatekeepers, objections, and rejection.

• Familiarity with a CRM system (HubSpot is strongly preferred) and dialing tools.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet, backup power, a quiet workspace, and a noise-cancelling headset.

• Availability during US business hours (Eastern / Central time), Monday through Friday.

• Experience in cold calling within US healthcare, including doctors' offices, clinics, home health, senior living, or Medicare-related programs (strongly preferred).

• Knowledge of HIPAA and basic US healthcare terminology (strongly preferred).

• Complete all application questions, including your expected hourly rate and weekly availability.

• Submit a 1-2 minute voice recording introducing yourself and performing a mock cold call opener.

• Provide details on calls made per day, appointments set per week/month, and industries contacted.

• Applications lacking a voice recording will not be considered.
