Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming leads from homeowners and effectively transform them into bookings, appointments, or enrollments.

• Contact homeowners who have requested quotes for home-improvement services.

• Develop relationships with leads and convert their interest into actionable steps.

• Schedule and confirm appointment times.

• Oversee daily performance metrics and take responsibility for outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with leaders for continuous feedback and immediate coaching.

• Contribute to a dynamic, data-driven sales environment.

• Engage exclusively with warm leads; no cold calling or purchased leads involved.

• Log in from home utilizing company-provided software and phone systems.

• Participate in paid training sessions and live calls with a BGS lead.

• Undergo performance evaluations every 90 days.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Quick learner with a proactive and goal-focused mindset.

• Comfortable with structured environments, targets, and measurable results.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Previous sales experience is not necessary; training will be provided.

• Must have access to reliable internet and a quiet workspace.

• Required to provide a computer, headset, wired internet connection, and a quiet room.

• Must be comfortable on the phone, open to coaching, and dependable during shifts.

• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with flexibility of 40–45 hours based on location.

• Availability for shifts between 12 PM and 12 AM EST, including Saturdays.
