Appointment Setter, Cold Calling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ethiopia.

📋 Description

• Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to business owners across the United States utilizing a power dialer.

• Connect with decision-makers and schedule qualified sales meetings.

• Skillfully navigate gatekeepers, present value-driven pitches, and manage common rejections using provided scripts and battle cards.

• Update and oversee lead statuses, call dispositions, and meeting notes within Zoho CRM.

• Initiate automated follow-up SMS and email sequences for prospects who do not respond or seek additional information.

• Consistently achieve daily and weekly targets for connected calls and qualified booked appointments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting specifically focused on the US, UK, or Australian markets.

• Outstanding spoken and written English with a neutral, easily understandable accent.

• Capability to engage in confident, natural conversations with US doctors, clinic managers, and accountants.

• Previous experience with CRMs; Zoho CRM is preferred.

• Familiarity with VoIP power dialers.

• High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage rejection without losing enthusiasm.

• Willingness and capability to adhere to strict US business hours.

• A stable, wired fiber-optic internet connection with a minimum of 20 Mbps download/upload speed.

• A dependable backup power solution, such as a UPS or inverter.

• A modern laptop or desktop with a Core i5/Ryzen 5 or higher and at least 8GB of RAM.

• A professional USB noise-canceling headset.

• A quiet, dedicated home workspace that is free from background noise.

• An updated CV/Resume.
