This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming leads generated via social media calls to action and Typeforms for a coaching business

• Provide prompt responses to incoming leads

• Engage leads in natural conversations that build rapport to assess their interest

• Address objections and respond to initial queries to maintain lead engagement

• Schedule qualified leads for discovery calls aligned with CJ's Sydney time zone

• Monitor and report on lead engagement statistics, response times, and booking rates

• Ensure consistent and timely follow-up with warm leads who have yet to schedule

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a DM setter or appointment setter, preferably for a US-based audience

• Excellent written communication skills, adept at engaging in the tone and style preferred by a US audience

• Reliable availability during US-aligned hours, approximately 5–6 PM Sydney time

• Strong skills in handling objections and building rapport

• Capable of managing a consistent volume of 20–30 inbound leads per week

• Experience specifically in inbound DM setting rather than just cold outreach

• Comfortable working consistent evening hours to match US lead activity

• Previous experience in coaching, fitness, or other service-oriented businesses is advantageous
