Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to leads supplied by the client in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide assistance to prospects with their inquiries in both English and Spanish.

• Engage with prospects for follow-ups and arrange appointments for school visits.

• Carry out daily appointment-setting and administrative responsibilities.

• Perform necessary follow-ups to facilitate the appointment and sales processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient and articulate in both English and Spanish.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• A reliable internet connection, a working headset, and a quiet workspace are essential.

• Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales is highly desirable.

• Experience with U.S.-based service businesses is strongly preferred.

• Available Monday through Friday from 9:45 AM to 5:15 PM.

• Committed to 36 hours per week, which includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks.
