B2C Appointment Setter – Fitness & Rehab

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage with new leads generated from online advertisements.

• Respond promptly utilizing a robust speed-to-lead methodology.

• Conduct B2C outbound calls with a focus on triple dialing.

• Assess leads and address initial queries effectively.

• Arrange appointments for qualified leads.

• Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships.

• Keep precise records of leads and appointments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in B2C calling and setting appointments.

• Familiarity with speed-to-lead techniques and triple dialing fresh leads.

• Proven track record in converting leads into scheduled appointments.

• Prior experience in the fitness, chiropractic, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation sectors.

• Excellent phone communication and follow-up abilities.

• Self-assured, results-oriented, and adept at working with new leads.

• Windows 11 Home/Pro operating system.

• Minimum i5 or Ryzen 5 processor.

• 16GB of RAM required.

• Must have dual screens, a noise-cancelling headset, and a camera.
