Consultation Appointment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage legal intake and screen cases effectively.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, assisting them through the intake process and arranging consultations.

• Organize appointments across various attorney schedules and time zones.

• Follow up with leads to ensure their engagement and optimize conversion rates for consultations.

• Maintain accurate records of lead activities and status updates in CRM and tracking systems.

• Recognize and escalate any potential issues that may hinder or affect the consultation process.

• Work collaboratively with internal team members to facilitate smooth transitions and clear communication.

• Assist with basic administrative and coordination responsibilities related to scheduling and intake tasks.

• Utilize AI and available resources to enhance productivity, documentation, and follow-up while ensuring the accuracy of results.

• Engage with potential clients and attorneys while adhering to account-specific workflows and guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in legal intake and case screening; relevant legal client service or appointment-setting experience may be considered.

• Background in outbound lead follow-up, client communication, and scheduling consultations.

• Capability to identify basic case qualifications and exclusions while accurately following detailed workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with CRM, Slack, Notion, Trello, Calendly, or comparable tools.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools to boost productivity and work quality, along with the ability to validate AI-generated outputs.

• Proactive and focused on achieving results.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and resolve issues promptly.

• Commitment to continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance processes and systems.
