Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily throughout a complete eight-hour shift

• Verify and confirm contact information for approximately 200 companies each week

• Update and maintain precise records within internal systems and CRM platforms

• Adhere to structured scripts and verification workflows

• Ensure all contact data is validated before transitioning cases to the Engagement team

• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency while executing repetitive tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center, appointment setting, outbound sales, or similar high-volume phone roles

• Comfortable dedicating the majority of the workday to outbound calls

• Strong phone presence with effective professional communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach

• Reliable, consistent, and capable of working independently in a fully remote setting
