Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to leads supplied by the client in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide assistance to prospects in both English and Spanish regarding their inquiries.

• Follow up with potential clients and arrange appointments for their visits to the school.

• Complete daily tasks related to appointment setting and administrative duties.

• Provide necessary follow-up to facilitate the appointment and sales process.

• Contribute to the growth of a barber education business located in Florida.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient and articulate in both English and Spanish.

• Ability to work independently with discipline in a remote setting.

• Reliable internet connection.

• A functional headset is required.

• A quiet workspace is essential.

• Highly preferred: prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales.

• Highly preferred: experience with U.S.-based service industries.

• Availability required Monday through Friday, from 9:45 AM to 5:15 PM.

• Committed to working 36 hours per week, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
