This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential members and qualified leads.
• Present healthcare services and health plan options while identifying member needs.
• Arrange qualified enrollment appointments and follow up with leads.
• Utilize sales techniques to foster relationships, address objections, and secure appointments.
• Deliver accurate information and professional customer service via phone and email.
• Keep precise records of calls, appointments, follow-ups, and customer engagements.
• Achieve individual and team appointment and performance goals.
• Adhere to established scripts, procedures, and government-mandated guidelines.
• Collaborate with enrollment and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Execute related administrative and customer service tasks as required.
• Perform additional duties assigned in relation to the position.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Prior experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, call centers, collections, or healthcare enrollment.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of managing objections and effectively overcoming customer rebuttals.
• Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls and achieving performance targets.
• Available for an initial commitment of three months.
• Competent in following scripts, procedures, and compliance requirements accurately.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales-tracking systems is advantageous.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
• Resourceful, accountable, adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and document management tools.
• Quick to learn new systems, software, and workflows.
• Available to work U.S. EST (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.
• Must be able to undergo a background check.
• Access to a reliable Windows 10+ computer, two monitors, and high-speed internet.
• Professional home workstation capable of supporting uninterrupted remote work.
• 100% remote work.
