Applied Health & Medicine Benchmark Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create original and thought-provoking multiple-choice questions in the fields of health and medicine.

• Evaluate existing questions for accuracy, clarity, rigor, completeness, precision, and solvability.

• Assess question difficulty levels as Medium, Hard, or Expert.

• Provide one correct answer alongside nine plausible yet subtly incorrect alternatives.

• Develop step-by-step solutions using markdown format.

• Include 1 to 5 academic references per question sourced from reputable publications.

• Identify issues and provide justifications for any edits made during the verification process.

• Assist in setting gold-standard benchmarks for AI research initiatives.

• Collaborate with top researchers to train and improve AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an expert in medical and health sciences.

• Possess an MD, DO, PhD, or be a doctoral candidate in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, or a closely related area.

• A Master's degree will be considered for candidates with exceptional expertise in a specific subdomain.

• Strong grasp of graduate-level medical knowledge is essential.

• Demonstrated clinical reasoning and biomedical research methodology skills are required.

• Board certification, clinical experience, or research publications in health fields are highly advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills are necessary.

• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and succinctly is a must.

• Expected to commit 10 or more hours per week.

• Independent contractor status is required.
