Applications Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Supervise the management of various application modernization initiatives

• Collect and analyze requirements

• Assess the level of effort needed

• Create development stories

• Lead backlog reviews and sprint planning sessions

• Manage resource coordination

• Evaluate Quality Assurance results

• Conduct final reviews

• Provide support for mission-critical Army IT services across both enterprise data centers and cloud-hosted environments

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience with DevSecOps development methodologies

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is preferred; equivalent experience in managing application development projects will be accepted in lieu of a degree

• At least three years' experience with Agile development methodologies and tools

• A minimum of three years' experience in Quality Assurance (QA) application testing

• Three or more years of experience managing budgets and resources across various application projects

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proven ability to effectively oversee multiple large-scale projects

• Current DoD Secret Security Clearance

• Familiarity with DoD STIGs and IA Vulnerability Management (IAVM)
