This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide comprehensive clinical application support for patient monitoring systems.
• Offer telephone and remote assistance to both internal and external clients.
• Resolve intricate clinical application challenges using advanced remote access technologies.
• Handle escalations until resolution and offer on-site assistance during critical customer situations when necessary.
• Ensure prompt and effective problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and company profitability.
• Submit precise and timely individual scorecards, maintaining complete data entry in necessary systems.
• Utilize call center tools to assess responsiveness and fulfill service level expectations.
• Oversee company resources, including training, tools, equipment, travel, and expenses, in accordance with company policies.
• Provide structured feedback and suggestions for product enhancements to product management.
• Act as a clinical subject matter expert and support team objectives.
• Evaluate complex clinical issues, gather and interpret data, and collaborate with Technical Support Engineers on action plans.
• Share expertise with colleagues and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to knowledge-based resources and complete necessary product and clinical training.
• Take ownership of personal development planning and identify opportunities for growth.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or Medical Technology is required.
• Must be registered and in good standing with the relevant credentialing body.
• A minimum of five years of clinical experience is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical phone support setting is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Advanced understanding of clinical applications related to Patient Monitoring.
• On-call availability as per schedule is required.
• Ability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
