📋 Description

• Develop and implement the multi-year product roadmap alongside a strategic vision to align domain technologies with long-term business objectives.

• Collaborate with solution architects, vendors, and executive stakeholders to facilitate smooth product lifecycle management and feature releases.

• Oversee release planning and address delivery bottlenecks to guarantee the timely rollout of high-impact platform functionalities.

• Uphold cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards during product enhancements to safeguard sensitive patient and enterprise data.

• Assess product performance metrics and vendor contracts to enhance Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and maximize platform ROI.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience is preferred.

• Proven experience in defining product vision, managing software roadmaps, and overseeing full lifecycle execution for enterprise applications.

• High School Diploma with 3 years of experience, an Associate or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of relevant job-specific experience is necessary.

• Must fulfill applicable work authorization requirements as an Ascension employee.
