Application Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical product support to clients throughout both pre-sale and post-sale phases.

• Join sales representatives on client visits to uncover opportunities and aid in finalizing sales by leveraging technical knowledge and product expertise.

• Execute product demonstrations utilizing robots and presentations at trade shows, conferences, and customer locations.

• Create innovative applications for ATI products with robots and produce videos and application notes.

• Diagnose technical problems and offer prompt solutions to customers.

• Utilize Salesforce for case management and customer assistance.

• Engage in continuous improvement efforts to foster product and process advancements.

• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, controls, or a related engineering field.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering position, ideally within the automation sector.

• Strong grasp of mechanical systems and manufacturing methods.

• Familiarity with robot programming, such as Fanuc, ABB, or Kuka, is advantageous.

• Experience with SolidWorks and the MS Office Suite.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capability to work autonomously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.

• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
