This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee continuous evaluations of application stacks from acquired organizations.

• Formulate migration, integration, or retirement strategies that align with the enterprise IT roadmap.

• Collaborate with GBS Standard Application teams to deliver estimates, timelines, and integration roadmaps.

• Document application workflows, dependencies, and processes for integration stakeholders.

• Manage deliverables and provide regular executive summaries to both business and IT stakeholders.

• Communicate the effects of migration activities on daily business operations.

• Establish and nurture relationships with corporate business and IT functional areas.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for application ownership among acquiring and acquired teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in application migration and/or integration.

• Proficient knowledge of application development, modification, and maintenance in both cloud and on-premise settings.

• Ability to document and analyze application workflows, dependencies, and processes.

• Capability to translate technical details into clear, business-oriented communication.

• Experience with cloud-based applications.

• Familiarity with enterprise application ecosystems.

• Knowledge of direct/employee benefits and products is considered a significant advantage.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

• Ability to engage with technical teams and senior business leaders across complex, multi-party programs.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in an application specialist, IT integration, or related role.

• A proven track record of delivering results within structured project or program environments.
