This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +5 more states.
• Design, develop, evaluate, and implement SSRS reports for Transfer Agency and operational reporting needs.
• Develop, configure, and maintain JAMS jobs, including dependencies, triggers, and schedules to automate business processes and system workflows.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets for Power Agent, reporting, and automation tasks.
• Monitor, triage, and resolve application development tickets associated with Envision Power Agent, SSRS reports, and JAMS jobs.
• Support application releases, upgrades, and operational enhancements within the Power Agent environment.
• Collaborate with business analysts and Transfer Agency stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Communicate with clients regarding general information, issue resolution, inquiries, and reporting needs as required.
• Coordinate with team members and internal teams concerning inquiries and ongoing workflows.
• Perform additional duties as required and assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and supporting applications in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
• Proven experience in developing SSRS reports.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or C# for automation and job orchestration.
• Direct experience in supporting or developing within Envision Power Agent.
• Equivalent educational qualifications and experience will also be considered.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Strong understanding of SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of Transfer Agency operations or financial services environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong troubleshooting, creative, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Ability to present and articulate ideas and information clearly and concisely, both in writing and orally.
