Application Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for customers on Anatomage products.

• Develop training materials and content for classroom instruction and other applications.

• Address customer inquiries and provide support for questions.

• Collect customer feedback to enhance product quality.

• Participate in software testing initiatives.

• Produce video resources for training purposes.

• Facilitate product training and demonstrations.

• Create engaging product content and activities tailored for customers.

• Identify and troubleshoot software and hardware support issues.

• Offer on-call product support to customers in the US.

• Engage in project research and development as required.

• Report on team achievements and ongoing progress.

• Travel up to 50% to customer locations, conferences, or other events.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to engage with educational instructors and medical professionals, posing insightful and thoughtful questions.

• Proficient in presenting clear and beneficial content.

• Strong knowledge of software and technology.

• Familiarity with technical hardware and troubleshooting processes.

• Experience in customer outreach and follow-up.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Self-driven, dependable, and accountable.

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.

• This position necessitates travel approximately 25-50% of the time to customer sites and events throughout the US.

• Background in product training, teaching, or tutoring.

• Experience in creating content for customers or internal teams.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service.

• Background in the medical or healthcare sector.

• Familiarity with anatomy is preferred.

• Experience in providing technical support.

• Genuine empathy for customers, with a willingness to learn and assist.

• Bachelor's degree in Anatomy, Biology, Health Science, or any related field.

• Over 2 years of professional experience.
