Application Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize intermediate subject matter expertise to address common business challenges.

• Evaluate business goals, objectives, and needs across multiple accounts.

• Align IT solutions with business initiatives effectively.

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business sectors.

• Plan and design efficient business processes.

• Develop recommendations to enhance and support business operations.

• Analyze and document client business requirements and processes.

• Create conceptual data models, process models, data dictionaries, and volume estimates.

• Design basic test scenarios and carry out systems testing.

• Generate and update systems requirements documentation.

• Engage in client meetings to gather requirements and explore potential solutions.

• Analyze test results and take part in technical reviews and inspections.

• Develop comprehensive user manuals and training materials.

• Model business rules and create as well as execute acceptance test plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience.

• At least three years of experience in business analysis.

• Understanding of fundamental computer programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software tools for quantitative analysis.

• Strong analytical skills and expertise in business process re-engineering.

• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to influence and inspire others while conveying technical ideas clearly.

• Video camera required during interviews and the first week of orientation.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet location for screenings, interviews, and meetings.
