This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess business needs from system end users and stakeholders.

• Convert high-level requirements into comprehensive designs.

• Strategize solutions utilizing available information and resources.

• Design, develop, architect, implement, and maintain end-to-end business applications on the Appian BPM platform.

• Work closely with product owners to transform business requirements and operational strategies into actionable solution plans and roadmaps.

• Convert business requirements into technical designs to map and transfer data from source systems or the data warehouse into the transactional database.

• Ensure solutions are in alignment with the future IT roadmap in partnership with IT leadership.

• Participate in hands-on development and support, proofs of concept, and demonstrations.

• Create and implement Appian and web-based applications.

• Offer technical guidance to fellow developers.

• Build applications in Appian business process management and integrate them with other commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products.

• Troubleshoot issues in interfaces and process models.

• May oversee or manage junior developers.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of overall experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Appian Level 1 or 2 Certification is required.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, Appian RPA/BPM, Java, and APIs.

• Familiarity with integrations involving external systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to scope Appian projects and provide precise estimates.

• Strong attention to detail and design skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a challenging environment.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or EAD/GC holder.

• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

• Position is contingent upon a contract award.
