A/P Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize and prioritize daily responsibilities based on urgency.

• Handle a substantial volume of invoices and expense reports while preparing bank deposits.

• Maintain monthly productivity levels in line with departmental objectives.

• Work collaboratively with corporate departments and field divisions to address and resolve issues.

• Conduct research and reconciliation of vendor accounts and banking transactions.

• Assist in matching purchase orders and resolving variances.

• Provide support for Positive Pay, ACH, and credit card banking exceptions.

• Manage stop payments, voids, escheats, check requests, and one-time vendor payments.

• Investigate payment discrepancies and gather missing invoices.

• Support processes related to check, ACH, and credit card payments.

• Respond to inquiries and offer training and assistance on accounts payable procedures.

• Engage in cross-functional initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in multi-company accounts payable processing.

• Strong math skills with the ability to work accurately with numerical data.

• Capability to research and reconcile accounts while collaborating with vendors to resolve issues.

• 0-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in high-volume data entry.
