This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create and implement a sales strategy for the territory aimed at increasing Prudential's fixed and variable annuity production within the designated Advisor channel.
• Establish, enhance, and maintain relationships with both new and existing financial advisors as well as key distribution partners.
• Present product information, market insights, and retirement-income solutions that align Prudential offerings with the needs of advisors and clients.
• Provide on-site support for integrating annuity solutions into comprehensive retirement planning discussions.
• Leverage knowledge of financial markets, competitive factors, and advisor requirements to uncover opportunities and adjust sales focuses accordingly.
• Collaborate with a designated Internal Wholesaler to implement territory strategies, identify new opportunities, and strengthen advisor engagement.
• Manage a travel-intensive regional schedule while ensuring effective follow-through, communication, and adherence to sales protocols.
• Extensive experience in financial services sales.
• Proven track record in selling annuities, retirement income, or wealth management solutions via advisor distribution channels.
• Experience collaborating with financial advisors, registered representatives, or wealth management experts.
• In-depth knowledge of fixed and variable annuity products, retirement income strategies, and advisor-centric distribution channels.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate territory business plans, implement sales strategies, and achieve production targets.
• Possession of FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 registrations.
• Required resident and/or non-resident state insurance licenses as stipulated by the territory.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the territory, approximately 80% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
