Android Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Develop native Android applications for ongoing projects

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a native Android application developer

• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin within MVP architecture

• Experience with Android Studio and its tools

• Experience making API calls with Retrofit 2

• Familiarity with Git and GitFlow

• Knowledge of the native player and its lifecycle, including ExoPlayer

• Desirable: experience in development for Android TV

• Desirable: familiarity with Google Play Services and Google Assistant

• Desirable: experience with metrics/analytics SDKs such as Adobe, Comscore, or Firebase Analytics

• Desirable: knowledge of AdServers like SpotX, Ooyala, FreeWheel, or SmartAdServer

• Desirable: experience with video or audio advertising

• Desirable: build configuration with Gradle and flavor settings

• Desirable: knowledge of Rx, Dagger, dependency injection, and Jetpack

• Desirable: experience in developing for a media platform
