📋 Description

• Develop the mobile platform utilized by over 600,000 businesses in Europe to oversee their financial management.

• Take ownership of essential product features, guiding them from initial discovery and technical design to implementation, launch, and ongoing iterations.

• Lead technical decisions within the team, ensuring a balance between user experience, performance, security, and speed to market.

• Enhance the application’s architecture, performance, reliability, maintainability, and testing strategies.

• Contribute to real-time data synchronization, resilience patterns, and seamless navigation within a modular codebase.

• Facilitate code reviews and engage in technical discussions.

• Share coding practices and provide mentorship to colleagues.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Design, Backend, and Frontend teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in native Android development.

• Proven track record in shipping and maintaining features using Kotlin in production.

• Comfortable managing technical decisions throughout the entire process.

• Experience in unit, UI, and snapshot testing.

• Commitment to clean code and pragmatic engineering practices.

• Ability to excel in uncertain situations and navigate complex constraints.

• Regular use of AI coding tools.

• Proficient in English.

• Eagerness to engage in code reviews, share knowledge, and provide mentorship.

• Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Germany, France, Italy, Serbia, Portugal, or Spain.
