📋 Description

• Develop the mobile platform utilized by over 600,000 businesses across Europe to oversee their financial management.

• Take ownership of essential product features from initial discovery and technical design to implementation, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to define technical solutions.

• Assess trade-offs between user experience, performance, security, and time-to-market.

• Enhance application architecture, performance, reliability, maintainability, and testing strategies.

• Contribute to real-time data synchronization, resilience patterns, and seamless navigation.

• Facilitate code reviews and engage in technical discussions.

• Share engineering best practices and provide mentorship to colleagues.

• Work within dedicated squads alongside Product, Design, Frontend, and Backend professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in native Android development.

• Hands-on experience in shipping and maintaining features using Kotlin.

• Confident in making technical decisions throughout the entire process.

• Familiarity with unit, UI, and snapshot testing methodologies.

• Commitment to clean coding and practical engineering standards.

• Capability to transform complex constraints into straightforward, robust solutions.

• Regular utilization of AI coding tools.

• Proficient in English.

• Willingness to engage in code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor others.

• Openness to living in or relocating to Germany, France, Italy, Serbia, Portugal, or Spain.
