Analytics Solutions Co-Op

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of comprehensive analytics projects within the Analytics Solutions team.

• Retrieve, cleanse, transform, and verify data.

• Derive significant insights and convey hypotheses to stakeholders.

• Develop and enhance SQL queries using Databricks.

• Create and sustain Power BI dashboards and reporting experiences, including semantic models and DAX measures.

• Integrate Claude and Databricks Genie into analytical workflows.

• Perform exploratory analyses on funnels, cohorts, and overall performance.

• Highlight KPIs and correlate marketing investments with enrollment results.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Risepoint’s data, systems, tools, processes, personnel, and strategic goals.

• Work collaboratively with senior Directors and VPs to relay data insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Provide dependable analyses, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate closely with a Director, Manager, and Analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an enrolled student for Spring 2027.

• Strong proficiency and/or relevant experience in SQL, Databricks, Excel modeling, Power BI, and data analysis.

• Proven capability to devise and implement quantitative analyses and deliver data-driven insights.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred.

• Proficient communication and presentation skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and simultaneous workstreams.

• Capacity to maintain analytical accuracy under time constraints.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during the co-op period from January 2027 to June 2027.
