Analytics Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support to the business function through project-oriented tasks aimed at enhancing data accuracy, improving reporting processes, and boosting operational efficiency.

• Precisely update and sustain Excel-based reports, guaranteeing the integrity and consistency of all data metrics.

• Trace, audit, and resolve issues with formulas to ensure accurate calculations and appropriate linkage between worksheets.

• Aid in recognizing automation opportunities and assist in implementing basic workflow enhancements within reporting frameworks.

• Complete designated projects within the internship timeframe, producing high-quality deliverables.

• Assist with daily operations and special initiatives.

• Conduct research on healthcare trends pertinent to the business area.

• Participate in and contribute to team meetings.

• Execute additional duties and projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must exhibit accuracy, strong follow-up capabilities, and the ability to manage data meticulously.

• Familiarity with computer applications; training will be provided as necessary.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and reporting structures.

• Intermediate proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.

• Experience with SharePoint administration and support.

• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work overtime when needed.

• Must be organized, capable of managing multiple tasks, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in healthcare management, business administration, accounting, finance, or human resources.

• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher; candidates in sophomore, junior, or senior years are preferred.
