This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Conduct business and data analysis to facilitate internal projects and respond to client-driven requests.
β’ Examine and evaluate data issues and bugs, uncover root causes, and collaborate with relevant teams to achieve resolutions.
β’ Actively detect data quality issues, inconsistencies, and potential challenges across data models and services.
β’ Maintain the quality, accuracy, and dependability of data services and deliverables through ongoing validation and monitoring.
β’ Review and ensure the maintenance of clear, precise, and current documentation for data models, business rules, metrics, processes, and services.
β’ Validate business rules, KPIs, and data transformations against business requirements and anticipated behavior.
β’ Contribute to data governance and standardization, including consistent definitions, structures, naming conventions, and data quality standards.
β’ Work in collaboration with the Data Modeling & Governance Team and cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
β’ Proficient in SQL, including complex queries, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, joins, and data validation.
β’ Strong grasp of data modeling concepts, data structures, and principles of data quality.
β’ Experience utilizing Claude or similar AI tools to assist with data analysis, SQL development, documentation, and daily workflows.
β’ Proficient in Excel, including formulas, data analysis, lookups, pivot tables, and data validation.
β’ Basic understanding of Databricks, including notebooks, tables, catalogs, and executing SQL queries.
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities to investigate data issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
β’ Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to assess data, identify inconsistencies, and draw well-supported conclusions.
β’ High attention to detail when ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and validation.
β’ Familiarity with e-commerce data and KPIs such as Sales, Revenue, Orders, Conversion Rate, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, and other commerce and advertising metrics.
β’ Experience with data from e-commerce and advertising platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, or similar platforms.
β’ Understanding of data governance, data quality monitoring, documentation, and standardization practices.
β’ Experience handling large and complex datasets.
β’ Proven experience collaborating with Analytics, Engineering, Product, or other cross-functional teams.
